My Top Resources For Student Collaboration

This is a collection of resources that I have experience using throughout my experience as a student and found helpful in collaborating with my fellow classmates on a variety of subjects and in a variety of different formats. I have included different collaboration platforms to highlight that there are many ways in which students can be given the ability to collaborate ideas with each other, depending on the specific needs of the students. Many of these resources have been recently introduced to me, and their use has already helped in sharing my ideas digitally in various ways.

Blogger - A blogging website that allows one to create their own blog and have others contribute their ideas through comments on the blog posts.

Flipgrid - A video collaboration tool that allows one to record a video in which others can respond with corresponding videos of their own.

Google Docs - A text document tool that allows people to add their own ideas simultaneously from separate locations and computers.

Padlet - A tool resembling post-it notes where people can share their own thoughts while also being able to view the thoughts shared by their peers.

Pinterest - An idea sharing website in which people can create their own posts with links to blog sites, create boards dedicated to specific topics, and share these with people globally.

Twitter - A text based social media website that allows people to post messages and respond in a thread format to these messages.

WhatsApp - An application that allows people with different digital technologies (iPhone, Android) to collaborate in one space through in a texting format.

Zoom - A video conferencing tool that allows people to meet with each other and verbally share ideas face to face from separate locations.
